Yep, Katanas. 6 teens, no older than 17, walking around carrying swords.
They had to shut the nearby primary school down because they were heading in that direction.
Next thing, there were loads of armed cops everywhere shouting at them to drop the weapons.

There's a family of scumbags near here, dad, kids, all of them into dealing drugs. Someone was probably dealing on their turf.
