According to what I read, an uncut DVD/Blu Ray doesn't exist and some of the deleted film is lost, but some of the deleted scenes were found and edited back into the film.

Yes and it's fantastic. You can find the uncut version on the internet in several "places". 

The deleted scenes are of a slightly less quality than the other scenes, but they remain very watchable.[/quote]
