I adopted it as my main OS long before anyone else: it had growing pains. It is still a major pain in my a** when at work.
Microsoft is on their A-game. First Linux support and then a bundled VM manager, but I'm excited for Windows 10 on Snapdragon. Apple who?

Aye, I have a W10 tablet (which then means I have 3 machines running the OS, sheesh) and it's surprisingly excellent.

If only the apps were more numerous, or native Windows programs supported touch screens more often.
WIN10 won't allow FRAPS to run in aerodesktop mode, which kind of renders it useless. Matter of fact, I cannot remember the last time my FRAPS worked for anything on my win10 laptop. @john mcclane, I see you left the virtualbox - virtual machine name here. Thanks. Am I to assume that this free software can host my win7 download without wiping out my win10? I'm no IT pro. It'd be lovely to partition(?) a win7 on my laptop..but if under the ultimate command of win10, I'm just not sure if it would be able to run my usual toolkit of programs?

Maybe there's a program or extension/adapter I can get, but it's just more money spent on a system that seems too "refined" for its own good?
Yeah, I can dig that. Sometimes I love everything except that now some program I relied on doesn't work and I have to find a new one. That alone can kinda ruin it.
Virtual Machine in VirtualBox. Pain in the a** and rather geeky, but it's free and makes this a thing of the past.

It's much lighter than 7 and much cleaner than 8.

I don't use any screen record software, however.

ehehehe. VB even.

Saw an article earlier that even moderate beer drinkers are increasing their chance of brain damage. So many responses along the lines of Nahhh, that's from living upside down so drink on.
I forgot you're in Australia mate. V8?, ehh?!?
