With regards to fast food I have been eating fast food less frequently (IE once a week) AND keeping the portion size small.

I have been going to the Checkers (also known as Rallys) by my work. I will get myself an All American Burger (equivalent of a dollar menu cheeseburger at McDonalds) and a small order of their delicious seasoned fries. No soda. I will hit it up since they stay open until 5 in the morning on the weekends.

But otherwise I will stick to Subway, but I have not been eating out that much.

I think the breakfast is far superior to lunch. Atmosphere wise it's a fast food utopia all day
