Ouch!!! That's my worst nightmare that is. Having a wife that just takes it easy

Just kidding - hope she repairs quickly!
Sorry I haven't been around much, everyone. My wife had surgery on her foot last week, so i have been pulling double duty at home!
I miss Max by Netflix on PS3.

I’ll have to double check, but I’m sure it’s still there

I never Heard of Amber until yesterday. The only pretty actress I've seen in my lifetime but I found all the beauties at the supermarket.
All because somebuddy’s got a problem with the sugh. It was hard giving away that Easter basket this year 😥

I truly did feel terrific, but you even have to watch things like fruit consumption, and that's where it just got me. Especially in summer, I try to let my carbs be "good carbs" like fruit instead of empty carbs. And although I can deal with low-carb bread, keto breads are just yucky. The one brand I found that didn't have a nasty taste to it was $9 for what was essentially half the size of a normal loaf of bread.

"Regular" low-carb eating is just fine with me. I've been a diabetic for 12 years now and still am not anywhere near needing insulin, so my goal is to just maintain that level. Totally do-able on low-carb foods.
My diet has been avocado, mushrooms, almonds, pecans, sunflower seeds, unsweetened protein powder, blended kale with 1 cup of blueberries (split over six servings) and a hummus dressing made with almond milk. In addition, I usually eat from 17:00-24:00 most days. Not a six hour window, but the closest I can do on my schedule.

I feel good but my workout numbers have plunged off a cliff, which seems to be line with a lot that I’ve read.
The only ones I can tolerate are blue mud daubers because they typically don't bother humans, and they kill black widows.

Oh yuck! Like, a wasp's nest up there? Yoda's sisters had wasps in/near their garage door, and the older of the two of them DIY'ed that issue after a few misses. I would never have tried that. Stinging insects are one of my phobias.
Aye, I didn’t stick around to inspect things. I saw a half a dozen around the attic vent and got the hell outta there. I have an exterminator coming tomorrow and I’m going to try and coax him up there to rid them in addition to the treatment plan I purchased. But if I have to pay extra…I will gladly pay. The thought of them up there is enough to make my skin crawl.
Right there with ya! Eeeks. In addition to my phobia, my dad is deathly allergic to bee stings. So, I'll let other people love stinging insects of any kind. I dislike them all.
