Ah, I have a simple cold-brew apparatus (a Mason jar, a filter, and a lovely jar lid that's got a spout and handle), but that's for iced coffee only. For hot coffee, I love the lazy ease of my coffee maker.

I do have a collapsible electric kettle that I have taken to conferences where I wasn't sure they'd have coffee ready in the morning (since post-pandemic many hotels have taken coffee makers out of the rooms). Not ideal, but passable in a pinch.
I learned that the hard way last summer in Memphis.

“You mean to tell me, I have to stumble around, get dressed, go to the lobby amidst all the creatures, stand in line….”

Not on my list of things I want to do on vacation.

Kino. Criterion is too common.

I bought a Bodum cold brew coffee maker. I've done the mason jar trick before, but it's kinda annoying. The Bodum has a lid with a filter plunger, much like a French press.

For hot coffee, I'm just going to use my Moka pot.
