Windows 10 is a nightmare in an enterprise environment.

I also learned that the most used list on the start menu is setup so that if you remove a program from that list...it will NEVER show up on it EVER again. No matter how many times you open it. That's just stupid.

The little ads for programs/services in the start menu annoyed me, as well, so I quickly got rid of all of them.
There are some advertising data things turned on by default. I don't find that stuff overtly worrisome when it's not tied to our actual identity, but here's a breakdown.
What sort of privacy stuff?
The privacy stuff is annoying, and the update stuff is annoying. Some of the setting stuff is annoying...

...but the OS underneath those annoyances is very nice. Stable and responsive.
