I almost never watch a second movie shortly after. I like to let it digest, especially now that I've become pickier about what I watch and disproportionately watch things I think are going to be worthy of being thought about a bit more.
Full-lengths but most of them 90 minutes long. I always watch movies attentively. My eyes aren't as sore as I feared.I guess this means I need to watch more movies.
One of my friends was kicked from a Discord server since it has a rule that you're not allowed to send an invite to a moderator (you can do it to a regular user though). He confused a user for a mod though and was kicked. To get back in, he had to write a 500 word essay in MLA format to explain the issue. The situation can be resolved in 5 minutes via dms. The thought of having to write a whole essay (not to mention MLA format being required) seems highly unnecessary and over the top.
Usually I start up a movie within the next hour. I’ve fished two now (kidnap syndicate and Birdman of Alcatraz) and aiming for at least two more tonight. This will take me into the early morning hours likely.
Do you guys allow a period to reflect and digest after finishing a movie? I used to try to hop from one movie to another and realized I had a slight form ADD so the most i can do in a day is three. Tops.
