The Shoutbox
Oh great, now I'm craving Milanos.
The important things: movie tickets used to be cheaper. Pepperidge Farm remembers.
News media is largely designed to distract us from the important things.

That’s rough. I tried to avoid that story. I mean, I try to avoid all news media.

I’ll take a daily scroll through a news site just to make sure the aliens aren’t planning on eating/molesting/reconfiguring our DNA and I’m done.

Some believe we’re not really meant to operate in packs larger than 30, so I can’t rationalize carrying all that water.

I’ll just keep giving money to the people at the light, bringing those Krispy Kremes to work and helping the people that ask.
Does anyone here like submarine sandwiches

A needless tragedy. I hope they didn't suffer.

Given the choice, I would hop on the Titanic in 1912 and take my chances at the surface of the North Atlantic, rather than be stuck at the bottom of it in 2023, banging on the inside of a beer-can hoping against hope for rescue.

French Dispatch was rough for me and I’ve realized I haven’t been enjoying his movies, despite being the greatest aesthetic. It’s like I told myself after the last couple Fast and Furious movies I was done, until finally skipping this last one.
I feel the same. Read one review after ‘French Dispatch’ which went something like ‘he got lost in his own formula/aesthetic’ and I think that’s exactly right. Self-eating snake and all.
I’m fond of thinking he’s smelling his own fahhts.

Looks like this one is over. If they were lucky, it was a violent decompression. If they weren't, they made it until the bitter end.
