No, it takes about 3 days.

My doctor warned me about the side affect.its similar to another medicine he prescribed in the past and I took that for 3 days and I was sick from that.

The benefits of this medication is great. He said I just need to deal with this side affect. I have been on it almost 2 years and this hasn't changed.[/quote]
