Then one cat disappeared for two weeks, so we thought him lost forever, and adopted another cat, and had three again, and the missing cat came home, and we had four.[/quote]

I taught my cat to "ask" for a snack. Now he asks for everything.

I taught him to give smooches, love and hugs as well. Smooches are on the side of the mouth where their scent glands are. Love is a kiss on the top of his head and hugs are given when I'm laying down. He leans over on me and tightens his paws like giving a hug.
