Not sure, the fair use exception should definitely apply if you're only going to make one shirt, which is obviously not for profit. I do know a place that is OK with that so long as you're not making, you know, hundreds of t-shirts.[/quote]

Do you have one of those places where you can take a photo or an image and they put it on a t-shirt? I think those places are still around. They will make you a custom t-shirt with the image you bring in.[/quote]
