Oh, Sedai, I don't know how much a ticket to Japan would be from Boston, but if you fly Korean Air, they are sometimes cheaper, and very nice.

It's actually pretty easy, as I was saying. Once you pick up on most of the common used words, the rest falls into place.
No one wished me happy new year. HOW VERY RUDE OF YOU ALL. I hope all your new years were stained with blood and GORE.



Anyway, moving on, I'd love to live in Japan for a while. Id love to learn it as well. I have no idea how i would get on with it though.

That's how I learned, having a little japanese girl there to help with the translations.

And it's funny how something said in English translates in Japanese, something totally different.
I must say, the language is easier than I thought to get into. Verb is most always at the end of the sentence, there is no future tense, and no gender specifics, for the most part. It's fun, too!

I've been following a few upcoming games, one of which is Spore. I have this sinking feeling, though, that other users (idiots) will ruin the experience for others. We'll see.

I'm also following the development of the game Alan Wake, which will only work on Vista machines (made by Remedy). Now THIS game looks awesome!

Didn't really...picked up on simple words...To speak it...I've been told it's a very simple language to pick up, however, it's much like the English language where certain words mean the same thing, they're just pronounced slightly different. If you're wanting to visit Japan, let me know, I can tell you some of the more popular places to visit.
I am learning to speak Japanese, and I would like to travel to Japan for a visit! Hopefully I can someday. Three years eh...I bet you are quite fluent in the language... How did you learn?
