Yippee.
Hot damn!

I liked Pan's Labyrinth, but I loved The Lives of Others. I just met that director and shook his hand a couple weeks ago here in Portland at the International Film Festival.
That last one shocked me.

Pan's Labrynth? Guess not...
Poseidon? For some reason I thought that was a couple years ago.

Like Lewis Black says, "Time is an allusion."
I definently like how on my screen Randy Newman is one of the quick ads.
Everyone sounds incredibly scripted tonight, actually. More than usual, even. It always amazes me to see someone speaking fluently and comfortably, pulling out a piece of paper, and immediately sounding like a 6th-grader giving a presentation in front of the class.
OK, like this lady's acceptance speech isn't scripted...
Wow, that woman is dedicated.
Yea, I was totally thinking the same thing Holden. That excerpt from Children of Men was amazing.
Since when did ABC start broadcasting commercials in widescreen?
Children of Men was the best in that category, but no film with that many credited writers has ever won (or will ever win).

Pity.
