Probably.

And I can now see Bullock going into one of his slow-burn holding-it-all-in fits of churning below-the-surface rage, which happened about two or three times an episode.

The Deadwood movie gave me all the closure I needed. I loved that they really played into the characters we loved from the series. Although now I have to rewatch the movie to make sure SOMEONE, anyone says "Anyways..." at some point. (Someone says "Anyways" in every single episode of the series, in case you hadn't ever noticed.)
*Stops in my tracks to make eye contact with you in disbelief that you would even consider the words you're presenting to me. Closes my eyes while turning my head ever so slowly to Sol Star in sarcastic dismissal. Sternly eyes Sol as if to psychically telegraphic a dire warning that if i don't end my part of this conversation immediately, then i cannot be held liable for my now churning rage.*

Anyways.

I got bid'ness at the store.
Skylar had dirty hands but played the victim.
Nah, I didn't hate her. I disliked it for several reasons.

Yeah, that's definitely part of it. I'm not sure if I'm mature enough to really break it down. There were many things that rubbed me the wrong way. It's been so long since I watched it I'm not sure I can even really articulate it into words.
So, do you guys just hate Skylar as a character or Anna Gunn and her acting? Because I thought she was brilliant as that character, and I thought that character was quite believable in terms of what she went through, how she would react as things progressed (especially as a mother of a new baby coming to terms with being married to a clear narcissist).

Perhaps you men just don't get the totality of her understandable reactions to that horrific situation.

I'm not saying I LOVED her character. I'm just saying it was a believable one.
