Hey, my first computer was a Tandy 2000 I got in 1987 (you weren't even born yet, were you?) for $150 because they were dropping that model like a hot potato (slogan: "Almost IBM Compatible!"). I bought a Hayes 300 baud modem, a daisy wheel printer, and I was on my way. Compuserve, here I come!
