I watched a movie today where a woman relives the year after shooting her husband. This is basically the same thing.
It's like Groundhog Day!
Feels like a little bit of time travel.
If you think you lost anything crucial from this morning/afternoon, let me know, and there's a chance I can try to salvage it somehow.
Okay, I think we're back up, albeit at the cost of a few hours worth of data (from this morning and into the afternoon).

Technically that data is not lost, but salvaging it after the maintenance stuff went a little haywire proved to be pretty tough, so I decided it was better to just revert to this morning's state rather than have the fix drag on past today, potentially.

After hearing the reviews and some of the budget constraint ingenuity, I'm excited.

It's not a terrible idea to throw a little transparent tape on there, yeah. I'll probably do that.

Nah it's drivable. But one headlight is basically unprotected, so I guess there's some risk of moisture or a stray rock busting it while I'm waiting for the fix.

Hope the damage isn't something that affects operating the car. If not, then it's mostly an inconvenience.
