Something I love to do, with friends like this (That I know I can trust!) is take a few shopping bags, fill them full of some of my favorite movies, and send them on their way. It's all a part of the education process.
Their favorites are usually bad comedies, summer blockbusters, etc.

Normally, with me, they tell me they're not into movies.

That's usually true!

Uh, there is a movie that non-movie friends keep recommending to me, but I am not interested in it at all. The fact that they keep pushing it makes me dislike it for really no reason. It's a 90s dark comedy Suicide Kings
Great! The 'burbs is hilarious. I've never seen The Suicide Kings. I'm looking it up right now, and I like the cast OK (I love Walken), but it's nothing I'm in a rush to see. Obviously so.

What movie are you talking about?
No, I have not seen it. And I will watch it now!

I thought I was having a good today. I was involved in some interesting discussions on the forums, then I spoke one wrong word and I'm in trouble. It's like being at school again.

I sort of do, but also I don't because if it's hatred of a thing borne of the fact that people I hate like the thing then, y'know, screw it.
