As someone who worked in retail management for many years reading that people think these things are unethical makes me, again, extremely grateful I got out.

The hell you say[/quote]I can't speak for cellphone use since I worked in retail before everyone had one, but only 20 minutes for a 10 hour shift seems a tad strict. Regardless, I don't know why they have to be that strict since it's such a self serve place.[/quote]
