I don't like junk. Every single aspect of a movie has to be right for me to like it.

Clerks? I didn't like it. It was funny, but the acting and other things were awful. Everything has to be right for me to like it.
You shouldn't put films you think are "Just Ok" on a top 100. I'd wait until you've seen 100 you truly love. Otherwise you'll just wanna change your list anyway. And who wants to read a list of 100 halfway-decent movies anyway?

Out of curiousity...what do you mean by movie purist.
Just haven't had much of an interest really.
Actually, BobbyB has just been locked in a closet for the past 10 years. He hasn't really gotten news of film until just recently.
ash, I didn't say 70 that were worthy of the best of all time, just 70 that I thought were atleast "Ok"

That means I like less than 1 out of every 7 movies I see.
Ha! What's that, like $15 U.S. ?
Heeey R3. You liked the job so much you bought the company eh?

That's class news mate. You did seem to be enjoying it

(People were paying 30 quid to look at my brain, btw, i'll have you know )
you actually managed to get 70 movies on a Top 100 from only seeing about 500? i'd say thats not picky at all!
I'm 17 years old and my Dad was never really big into buying or renting movies.

I signed up for NetFlix and have made it my mission to watch every movie ever nominated for Best Picture.

I'm a movie purist. I don't like stuff like Fast and the Furious, but I do like stuff like Braveheart (< MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE MOVIE EVER!)

Once I see more movies, I'm going to come up with a top 100 and post it.

I've seen 500 or so movies in my lifetime and I tried to make a list and came up with 70. I guess I'm a somewhat tough critic.

Say, has Holden ever made a top 100? I'd be interested to see what he had.
You know BobbyB, your watching an awful lot of great classic films 'for the first time' lately. Have you been in a coma for the last 10 years? Or did you fall over and hit your head and your favourite film suddenly went from The Fast and the Furious to Citizen Kane?
I tried to watch Pulp Fiction last night for the first time.

I didn't really feel like sitting down and paying attention for two and a half hours, so I didn't
