Bumping for there be a long shout below me.
Then I told him I was a Libertarian and he kind of just had this puzzled, dumb look on his face. Was rather great actual. The man used the statement that Seinfeld was one of the richest men in America and that made him funny. I came right back with "Bill Gates is the richest man in the world. Do you see me laughing at his jokes?" I love that kid sometimes, so easy to pick on.

The battle scenes (Especially the begining) were just horribly shot, in my opinion.
I agree with you about Gladiator being over-rated, even though i do quite like it. But i really don't agree with you on the cinematography. I thought it was a beautiful looking film. Especially the 'dream' sequences and the shots at the coliseum.
Wow. Just got done watching Gladiator for the first time.
IMO, one of the most overrated movies of my life time.
The script was almost like a poor man's Braveheart and the cinematography was the worst I've seen in a Best Picture movie.
