The Shoutbox
Well, he's out. Troy will not play Sunday. As for Santonio...

The wire seems to think he will suit up Sunday, which will be good for everyone, except maybe Hines Ward.
I took the daemon questionaire a while ago and I ended up with... a mouse.
Also, from the Department of Appropriate Irony: I took the "What's your daemon?" questionnaire on the website for The Golden Compass and was paired up with...a lion.

Suffice to say, I laughed a little.
That's rough. Not looking good for him this week. I actually think Holmes playing is just as important, but that's definitely a big one.
Trouble for the Steeler's D...

Just got this note on the Rotowire:

"Steelers S Troy Polamalu had his injured knee rolled into during practice and is experiencing swelling."

This guy is a must against the Pats, and is, IMO one of the better defensive players in the league. Yet another Pro-bowler hurt at a team practice. Todd Heap, the Pro-Bowl tight end for the Ravens has missed every single game this year, due to a hamstring injury he keeps re-injuring at practice.

Silly
*Sniff*... anyone "smell" a goat?

Yeah, I always type the "e" by mistake (and when I say "always," I don't mean to imply that I use the word "heroin" a lot). Anyway, thanks for the heads-up.
Yea, I'm in the same point as Sedai. My average has dropped because of this darn shoutbox.

I've been meaning to jump on the forums more often, though. I'm really close to 4000 or 5000 posts. I can't remember which.
As with heroine, the antidote to MoFo is more MoFo.
I had mine up over 5 at one point, but, since discovering the shout-box, my average as plummeted to between 3-4 posts per day...
I love this statement in the post

"Well, not farewell for 'good', but certainly I will never post at the same rate as five-per-day again."

I think, at the time, if my cobweb addled brain is to be trusted, Holden was at about 5.05 posts per day back then, and has moved up to 5.28 per day at this point...
