Not in general, but I'm lightheaded today due to going too heavy on my workout and too light on my food & rest.
I was going to mention that - there are arguments that a sustained effort to distract yourself from it and avoid focusing in on it actually help minimize the effects. We run a quiet ocean sound machine at night and I can usually get right to sleep.

I ditched headphones about two years ago, started a better diet, and started working out & taking blood pressure meds, but the improvement, if any, is hardly noticeable.
Mercifully, the tinnitus was never very loud to begin with, and obviously the more you focus on it, the louder it feels. It gets really loud only from time to time, usually when I'm very tired or very excited (which leads me to believe it might be a blood pressure-related thing, after all). It's also loud when I put on headphones that completely cover my ears and don't play any music on them. I guess the headphones simply mute all other environment sounds, thus making the tinnitus more noticeable.

Thank God since 2019 you no longer have to report taxes if you have a single source of income. First, your employer does one form for you and then the tax office does another form for you.
