The Gamestop in KCK sent my son's video game to the wrong address 3 times. Every time I called , they never updated the address.  I finally just asked for a complete refund and ended up buying from Amazon. 

They could not understand the difference between 8 and 9 in my address.  It was a Christmas present for him a few years ago.
