Re: The MoFo Westerns List

Well, Westerns are not my favourite genre, in fact the Westerns list is the one which I have the lowest percentage of movies seen of any mofo list, but maybe preparing for this countdown will change...

Re: The MoFo Top 50 Pre-1930 Countdown: The List

Really interesting to see all the nominated movies. I'm surprised I was the only person to vote for Orphans of the Storm. Shame The Cameraman's Revenge didn't make it into the top 50

I am intrigued by the trailer and the cast but on the other hand I don't think I have liked a single thing Rian Johnson has ever done.

On my list:

Re: The MoFo Top 50 Pre-1930 Countdown: The List

Six from my list:
It - my #14, a fun, 30's style comedy, Clara Bow is great

The two Phantoms, Phantom of the opera and...

Re: The MoFo Top 50 Pre-1930 Countdown: The List

Diary of a Lost Girl was my #2. It was everything I'd hoped Pandora's Box would be. Louise Brooks is awesome and I really liked her character in this film. I was absolutely swept along on her journey.
