Judy Garland Mickey Rooney Movie?

I remember a movie, possibly an Andy Hardy film, where during a musical number, Judy has to make a big jump up onto a table, which seemed to be hard for her to do. Anyone familiar with this movie?

Can't remember much but that a young woman was in a small camper, and when she opened the curtains in it, a vampire was peering in the window. Could have been a Canadian movie.

I doubt it. Wasn't Creepshow a series and much later than the 70's?
