I agree with remaking Night of the Living Dead with awesome special effects. In fact, how about we remake every movie with a social allegory and turn them into thoughtless entertainment.

I don't care what critics say--Armageddon was th most emotionally packed film I ever witnessed. The sacrifice of Bruce Willis was truly heroic.

I take back what I said. The first Star Wars is actually a response to Carter's malaise of the 1970's. A throwback to the times before Vietnam--it's possible to recreate that kind of magic!
