Oh this is easy. The ending of Invasion Of The Body Snatchers(1978 version).

I also thorougly enjoyed Cabin Fever. And of course Saw 1 & 2.

Matrix Reloaded was disappointing.

But my pick for most disappointing is The Lost World: Jurassic Park. I loved both books and the first movie. But the sequel just blew chunks IMO.
