Made some scrambled eggs, I use four eggs cooked in avocado oil with a tiny bit of salt. Can't decide on cooking in avocado oil, or a new thing I've been doing where you use a bit of grass fed butter...

I don't see many elderly people as thin as them. Normal looking weight usually.

It's one that is known to be very hard to find on blu ray anywhere, it's going for silly prices here in the UK too.

I've got it on dvd, apparently the blu ray was rubbish anyway.
