I know how you've feel - I've been "on call" 24/7 for the last couple decades - with no "day off" or "vacation" or ever just an hour where I could turn everything off and shut everything out.

My mum rings me at least 3 times a day to check i'm ok☺. Even after a nite shift and i'm asleep during the day, she rings, i've started putting my fone on silent😆

A guy once stood right in my face asking for my number, i was stood against a railing so was basically hemmed him, luckily a car going past slowed down and wound down the window, that made him move....
