Started watching 'The Witcher'. Haven't played the games or read the books.2 episodes in and one good fight scene aside, it is poor. Does it get better?

Agreed. Some of the best TV I have ever seen. 2 excellent seasons.

Still not sure which one I rated higher. Both really good stand alone seasons.

Started watching 'Shooter' tonight.

Enjoyed the film so I thought I would give it a go.

All a bit cliched and superficial, but overall it's a decent bit of easy watching.
