Looks like there's not enough interest in a Noir HoF at this time. So maybe I'll try it sometime this winter...

What I think I'll do is just make a Noirvember watch thread with no commitments....

I was planning on hosting the 30th HOF but giving it a long rest before starting it, say a month or more...It's probably best to let the main HoF chill and do other HoFs then get back to the main.
