According to the HOF Organization Thread, there has been only one silent film to win a hall of fame: The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari. That was in the European Horror Hall of Fame. MoFo hates silent films...

It is kinda weird that silent films from the early 30s aren't eligible. It's also weird that the silent era is considered as going to 1929 when The Jazz Singer came out in 27. But like cricket said,...
