I would've much rather seen Day of Wrath make the cut than Joan of Arc, imo the prior is the true Dryer masterpeice.

Downfall was my #25 but that's partially since I forgot about the one pointers...

Oldboy is a modern classic, and #8 on my list- it's appearance does make me lose some hope for another modern classic in Parasite

There are better movies with the same concept as The Vanishing, but it's a fine simple watch. Just didn't capture me as much as I expected, been years though. I recommend a Mini Series called The Cry...

The Return is phenomenal but did not make my list- another one of his films did though. One of the best directors of the 2000s

Nights of Cabiria isn't a top 5 Fellini film for me
