Return of the Living Dead (A-)

Not the most comedic comedy I've ever seen, but a tremendous zombie movie. The zombies were fast, smart, talked, ate brains. So much more than just quiet murderers....

I like the use of split screen. It's a neat way of putting emphasis. I, most of all, love the kaleidoscope effect during the prom though....

How do you guys feel about the fast motion parts in 1976 Carrie? I know they're very short and there's only a few, but I thought they were super goofy and distracting. Super good movie overall though.

The Bye Bye Man would be so good if it wasn't for the Man himself. He's so average and disappointing. The rest of the movie is a lot better than I remembered it though.

Nice, quirky, smart movie. Some of the highest quality staring and mugging in cinema. Loved that scene at the end where everything is about the staring and the makeup.
