This question is pointless everyone has different views. And everyone enjoys different genre's

ya there is no such thing as the best film in the world. everyone has different opinion, and the world could never decide on which movie is the best.
maybe change the quesiton to what's the best movie you've seen...but that's been done wayyy to many times.

True. Best film where - USA? Africa? Argentina? Spain? The question was not quite stated the right way.
