Unanswered: Movie with ghost that resembles father

Hello, I am 26 years old. I remember scenes from a movie I watched on TV when I was a kid (probably between 2004-2008), but I can't remember the name of the movie. Here are the scenes I remember from the movie.
- The film takes place in a house. The house was a multi-storey duplex style house located in a neighbourhood.
- The family living in the house had just moved in. They were a man, his wife, and a small child.
- Strange, paranormal events were happening inside the house.
- The father of the house began to investigate these events.
And now I will tell a scene that I remember very clearly.
- [b]The father of the house met an old man during the investigation. The old man showed him a model of the house they lived in. The model was large and detailed, just like a dollhouse. Inside the house was a figure (it was like a toy figure) of the ghost that caused those strange, paranormal events. When the father of the house examined this figure, he learned that it was a figure that looked exactly like his own face. It looked just like him. In other words, the ghost was actually a man who looked exactly like him.[/B
And I remember the final scenes of the movie clearly.
- The father and the ghost that resembled him were fighting inside the house. During this fight, the father was cutting the ghost's hand with a knife. (Maybe his wife also joined this fight or maybe the woman and the ghost were fighting)

- Then the police came to the area and arrested the father. (Probably the ghost was killing his wife but I'm not sure about this). When the father looked back, he saw his child in the ghost's arms in the crowd watching the events and the ghost was grinning at him.

These are the ones I remember. I may have remembered incorrectly. But if you could tell me the name of this movie or the names of any other movies like it, it would be very helpful.
