Things Are Tough All Over (1982) Honorable mentions: Man On The Moon (1999) (More of a comedy drama but hilarious none the less and probably my favorite of the bunch) In China They Eat Dogs (1999) (Best dark comedy ever) |

They shift of course depending on the day, but the Top Five I had on my ballot for the MoFo Top 100 Comedies will do nicely...

I dont do lists and I dont know what compelled me to click this post except I'm insanely ****ing bored.
But I read all post and I'm gonna play by rules. My 5 favourite comedies are as follows.. Pretty Woman Wreck It Ralph Some silly old irrelevant english tea slurping clever dicks Coraline.. I guess Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels |
I feel like I should give an honorable mention to the Marx brothers, which are probably the funniest movie series ever.
Sadly, almost every one has at least one racist scene/joke that has aged catastrophically poorly. And I'm not talking about Chico's ethnic humor. Duck Soup has one joke in it that has the word 'darkies' in the punchline. 😬 A symptom of their times that keeps them from being in my top 5. But they deserve a mention. |
More than one person says back to the future.
What... happening |
