IMDBs Site is Down, Was it Hacked?

Can anybody access IMDB?
I checked some online web status sites and it shows IMDB being offline. The status bar on the the below screen shot points to Amazon Web Services as being the potential problem. Sounds like a hack to me!

Sounds like the root problem is Amazon Web Services (cloud service) is down.

Amazon confirmed that it has "identified the root cause of the elevated errors" and are "actively working to resolve the issue."

OK, I thought it was just me. There is definitely wrong with the IMDB. I couldn't get in either.

Looks like IMDB is back up, don't know about the other sited effected by Amazon Web Service going down today.

James Cameron´s TITANIC got a 7.9 rating there, no wonder it will be down/hacked sooner or later.

OK, here I was thinking it was only me. The IMDB has several serious issues. I, too, was unable to gain entry.
