Spanish language film possibly from early 00's
 
The movie is a kind of a quirky comedy in Spanish language. It is about a neighborhood community. I remember two things / a man pretends to be deadly ill to sleep with his friend's wife and a boy who is 12 or something but due to some disease looks 35. Any help?
