Any great animated films I might've missed?

Recently, something has brought back my interest in animation, both mainstream and arthouse, so I'm planning a review marathon. The problem is, I want to end it on a high note, and I've already reviewed the only animated film I'd rate a 10/10 (Fantastic Mr. Fox). I already have plenty of interesting films to review, but I'm looking for something that'll really knock me out of my socks.

I've already seen
-all Pixar and Dreamworks movies, among which there are nines, but no tens (The Incredibles came dangerously close)
-Fantasia and The Hunchback of Notre Dame (I've written off other Disney movies as "not for me")
-American Pop
-Mary and Max
-L'illusioniste (great) and The Triplets of Belleville (meh)
-all Laika movies
-Persepolis
-South Park:Bigger Longer & Uncut
-Akira
-Spirited Away, princess mononoke and The Wind Rises, and after all these I don't expect miyazaki to do it for me
-Paprika
-Spider-Verse
-Rango
-A Scanner Darkly
-Heavy Metal
-Waltz with Bashir (which clinched it for my new least favourite movie)

In my backlog:
-Chico & Rita
-Watership Down
-Felidae
-A cat in Paris
-Waking Life

I wouldn't consider these half-animated films like Rorger Rabbit to be "animated". I consider them to be their own category, but for the record, Švankmajer's Faust was excellent

I second all of this, and urge you to make Watership Down a priority.

I would add:
Grave of the Fireflies
Emperor's New Groove
(I know you said no Disney, but I think this one is great)
Fantastic Planet
I Lost My Body
The Last Unicorn
Song of the Sea
Secret of Kells
Cowboy Bebop: The Movie
Vampire Hunter D: Bloodlust
Jin-Roh: The Wolf Brigade
Kirikou and the Sorceress
Adventures of Prince Achmed
Wrinkles
The Amazing Screw-On Head
The Pied Piper/Krysar
Blood Tea and Red String

Maybe Kai doh Maru. It is a very soft and minimal animation though, in direction, length, acting, and design. I fell in love with it within the first few minutes. I let a friend borrow my DVD years ago and never saw it again.

There's also a really neat South American animated film called Boy and the World. The longer I watched it, the more I liked it.
