British sitcoms on the big screen

Lately we've had the likes of the Inbetweeners, Absolutely fabulous, Mrs Brown's boys, Mr Bean, Alan Partridge and a David Brent film.

And in sitcoms Golden age there were many like 3 On the buses movies, The likely lads, please sir, Dad's Army, Rising Damp and a few others.

But my favourite sitcom movies are the 2 Steptoe's and Son films, The Porridge film and Till death us do part film. So I like the classic ones better. Of the more modern ones, I like the League of Gentlemen film.

Which ones do you like? and which modern sitcom would you like to hit the big screen?

None really. Most of them are good to average. I will wait for the day when Inspector Morse or Prime Suspect get a movie. Helen Marin is still fit enough to act. Make one fast!

Love The George & Mildred Movie. It's very silly. Unlike Sweeney 2! which I prefers to the first film. Doomwatch also springs to mind. New ones? Awa and throw ****e on yrsel :D
