Good luck with it – I'm trying to get my Top 100 straight as well. It's a real balancing act. Münchhausen (1943) is my favourite film.

I'm glad I can list as many as I want to because it's hard to narrow down my favorites list. :) Comedy: Arsenic and Old Lace (1944) My Cousin Vinny (1992) The End (1978) Rom-Com: Sunday in New York (1963) While You Were Sleeping (1995) Kiss Me Goodbye (1982) Barefoot in the Park (1967) That Funny Feeling (1965) Seems Like Old Times (1980) Adventure: Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) The Princess Bride (1987) Real Steel (2011) Sci-Fi: E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) WALL-E (2008) Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) The Day the Earth Stood Still (1951) The Last Starfighter (1984) Drama: 12 Angry Men (1957) Dial M for Murder (1954) Always (1989) Regarding Henry (1991) Musicals: West Side Story (1961) Singin' in the Rain (1952) Damn Yankees! (1958) The Music Man (1962) The Pajama Game (1957) Mamma Mia! (2008) The Jazz Singer (1980) Pure Country (1992) These are actually stage versions that are available on DVD so I don't know if these count as movies, but if they do, they would be high on my list: Barnum! (West End Play with Hugh Jackman from 1999) 'South Pacific' in Concert from Carnegie Hall (The Reba McEntire version from 2006) |
