Old (comedy?) movie about possession of a brother/friend

I would welcome any help to find this movie that I watched in the 80s with my father.

the movie is old, I think it was early color movie

it start with a man running for his life enter (an Egyptian museum) or something similar and then dies.

his soul then possess his brother (or friend)

there is a comedic moment where he take control of him in the park and he start to dance in front of a cop.

I am sorry that is all i remember now, other than it was one of my best moment of bonding with my late father.

can you please help me ?
