Will Upcoming Doctor Who 13th Series be interesting ??
 
I am not a big fan of doctor who but have heard it a Good series to watch.

How many of you are a Doctor Who fans? who can suggest me where to start the series from

I'm a fan of the classic series, i.e. 1963–1989 and the 1996 TV Movie.

You may be more interested in the new series so Series 1 (Christopher Eccleston, 2005) seems like the best place.
