Submarine Movie Help Please.
 

I remember watching a submarine movie in which the crew was being hunted by ships at the surface which used sensitive microphone like tech to hear them. One scene involves the crew purposefully "singing" to grab the enemy's attention. Does anyone know the name of this film?

I remember the people in the ships could literally hear and make out what they were singing. The sub wanted them to hear it though for some reason .

Maybe "Run Silent, Run Deep" (1958)?

Lol the only thing that I can think of that would have people singing in a submarine would be the trippy beatles movie Yellow Submarine.
