Movies with great exterior Locations

If I had to think of films with truly stunning exterior locations some that would come to mind are:

The Decedents based in Hawaii
A lonely place to Die in Scotland
The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel in India
In Bruges in well, Bruges actually :D
Touching the Void in Peru

What I think I love about these films and the locations is that they are onsite locations, there is no green screening or falseness in the locations that are used. I am going on holiday soon with any luck to see Bruges based on seeing the film itself because it looks so beautiful and so interesting.

Are there any films you feel the same way about?

*Altered to make the thread about exterior locations.

That is an amazing scene and one I will be looking out as it does peak my interest having read the synopsis, is there anything else about the location you like?

One of my most favourite films in the whole world is The Warrior by Asif Kapadia, his first film before he went on to become more famous as the director of Senna. The film is set in the Himalayas and Rajasthan in India. The scenery is breathtakingly beautiful.

I definitely feel the same way as you about The Descendants. It's a beautifully shot film and definitely captures Hawaii.

Just off the top of my head Into the Wild by Sean Penn for story matching location and The Lord of the Rings films for location not matching the story
