Best Duel
Whats the best duel you've seen in a movie? Could be a traditional duel like that in Barry Lyndon, a sword duel like in Rob Roy, a western duel like in Once Apon a Time in the West, or a new age duel, like at the end of Lethal Weapon (not the best example I know).

Gandalf (Sir Ian McKellan) and the Balrog in the Mines or Moria, The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring "You...shall not...PASS!" This battle, ironically, is upstaged by its own conclusion/counterpart in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers.

jrs1013 - great duel!
Tombstone - the Ok Corral. Yeah, and I s'pose between Doc and Ringo. Swords - with Basil Rathbone & Tyrone Power ("Some men toy with their canes, monocles or snuff boxes. I toy with my sword.") Light duel with fists - Any Which Way But Loose |
David Carridine and the other drivers in Death Race 2000!!!!
also Eric scealf and Dave Shenk in Ambition Withdraw (and that movie is not even out yet, I know because I made it lol) Also I agree with everyone who said the duel I also like the later and simular duel in Maximum Overdrive. Guess I am a car person. |
Any lengthy fight scene with the Chanster,
Whats some of the best sword fights (asides from those listed before now which i have acknowledged)? that you know of, because Im into that sort of mood lately, watching good sword slashes, I thought the Count Of Monte Cristo was great but i want more and better! |
