You may be right. We have a few things in place to try to nudge people in the right direction, but they're only doing a so-so job. I'll see what I can whip up. Thanks for the suggestion. :)

I agree that would help out with a lot of questions if people could be a bit more specific, and there was something telling them what to include in their post to help as much as possible.
