Theres a question that asks what book would you bring along to a deserted island. Now, I ask a different question- Which 5 movies you love so much that you would save them? They may be classics or personal favorites.

That's a great question. I'd want to take a few different kinds of movies, so this list is by no means my five favorite movies:
Thriller: Memento
Romance: Casablanca
Crime/Mob: The Godfather: Part II
Horror: Psycho
Comedy: About A Boy (also, it has Rachel Weisz in it who is my future wife...after I fight James Bond for her hand...this also ignores the fact that I'm married.)

If the world (civilization) were ending and I needed to save 5 films for future generations to examine about our lives, or aliens, these would be my five.

*Note* I do not particularly like all these movies
